Anelik Ru Ltd subsidiary commercial bank was established in 1991 on the basis of the Moscow branch of Anelik Bank, The latter’s participation in the equity of Anelik Ru is 100% . Anelik Ru is the only bank within the territory of the RF which is a subsidiary of non-resident bank. Till 2003 Anelik Ru was a Moscow branch of Anelik Bank Ltd, then, in 2003 it was reorganized into subsidiary commercial bank. The Chairman of the Board of Anelik Ru subsidiary commercial bank is Armen Ghazaryan. On the basis of the licence N3443 of the Central Bank of RF of 04.12.2003 Anelik Ru subsidiary bank provides all kinds of banking activities within the territory of the RF. The main direction of Anelik Ru subsidiary bank is money transfers of physical persons without opening an account. Anelik Ru subsidiary bank is the consolidating processing and clearing center for Anelik money transfer system.
