• One can open AMD, RUB, USD and EUR bank accounts with “Anelik Bank” CJSC.
• Annual interest rate of bank accounts equals to 0% (annual interest profitability amounts to zero).
• Opening of bank account costs 2000 AMD for physical persons and 3000 AMD for legal entities.
• Rights and obligations of both parties in reference to bank account opening, maintenance and service are set by related agreement.
• The Bank enjoys the right to change the size of clear interest rate paid against facilities available on the account by informing the accountholder 15 days before they become effective.
• No commission will be charged if the account holder fulfils no transactions via the account.
• Withdrawal of funds from the account of the client shall be made not later that the next banking day after payment order was submitted to the Bank by the client.
• Entry of funds from the account of the client shall be made not later that the next banking day after payment document was submitted to the Bank by the client
• Bank account can be closed any time upon request of the client.
• Bank account (other than the card accounts that may be closed only upon request of the client) may be closed without the request of the client if no operations were performed through the account during one year period and no balance is available on the account.
• Any disputes on the bank account agreement shall be settled via negotiations between the parties.
• Any disputes arisen between the parties may be resolved through Financial system mediator (in accordance with the order provided by RA Law “On financial system mediator”) or at commercial arbitrage (in order provided by RA Law “On Commercial arbitrage).
• Right of the accountholder to manage the account may be limited upon court decision based on the application submitted enforcement machinery or tax authorities.
• Funds available on the account may be charged without the instructions of the accountholder by decision of the court on the basis of application received from the enforcement machinery or tax authority.

- Account opening application,
- passport,
- Social Card,
- Copy of certificate on registration of private entrepreneur (if available),
- Inquiry on residency of the physical person,
- Tax payer’s code (if available),
- list of related persons in the form of reference set by the Bank.
