Was born on 10 October 1971.
Graduated Yerevan Structural Architecture Institute.
In 1998 worked in the representative office of Interstate Bank as manager in the line of accounting of financial transactions.
In 2001 worked at the Haykap Bank Ltd. as responsible officer for transactions through securities, Asset and Liability management, and conducting list-register of shareholders.
In 2002 worked at Haykap Bank CJSC as internal auditor.
In 2003 worked in Ardshininvestbank CJSC as chairman of the audit committee.
In 2003 worked at Anelik Bank Ltd. as chief specialist, deputy head of Audit Division, head of Inspection audit department, head of documentary audit department.
In 2005 worked Washington Capital UCO CJSC as auditor.
Since 2007 has been head of the Audit Division, head of the internal audit subdivision of Anelik Bank CJSC.
