Was born on 7 October 1966
Graduated Yerevan State Institute of Economy:
1998 - worked in Ardshinbank OJSC as head of department of transactions through securities and foreing exchange;
1999 - worked in Ardshinbank OJSC as deputy head of stock exchange operation division.
2000 -worked in Hayagrobank OJSC as executive director, chairman of the board.
Since 2002 Mr. Tshzmachyan has been the deputy chairman of the Board of Anelik Bank CJSC.

Babik Najaryan
Acting Deputy Chairman, Member of the Board

Was born on 4 August 1963.
Graduated Yerevan State Institute of Economy:
1980-1981 – worked in Armenian State Project Institute.
1881-1985 – worked in construction - built-up division as a time-study engineer.
1985-1987– Served in the army.
1987-1989 – worked in Armenian Republic office of the USSR Housing Social State bank as a senior economist.
1989-1992 – worked in Abovyan industrial goods shop as a commodities expert.
1992-1994 – was the chairman of "Zhamanak“ cooperative.
1994-1999 – Worked in the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a senior specialist, head of division, head of the main division, director of the department, consultant of the chairman.
1999-2000 – worked in“Armagrobank“ as a Deputy Chairman of the Board.
2000-2002 – worked in “United Bank“ OJSC as a chief advisor of the Chairman of the Board.
2002-2003 – worked in the Ministry of State Income as an advisor of the minister.
2003-2008 – worked in the State Tax Service adjunct to the Government of RA as head of the tax inspection of banks and financial organisations, deputy head of supervisory department.
2009-2010 – worked in Etchmiadzin branch of Anelik Bank CJSC as branch manager.
Since March 2010 Mr. Najaryan has been the deputy chairman of the board of Anelik Bank CJSC.

Aram Mkrtchyan
Deputy Chairman of the Board, Member of the Board

Was born on 30 January 1967.
Graduated Yerevan Politechnical Institute.
In 1998 worked at the Central Bank of Armenia as head of department.
In 1999 worked at the Management Center of Foreign Financial programs:
In 2000 worked in Ar-Marketrecom Ltd. as deputy CEO.
In 2001 worked in Haykap Bank Lrd as Chief Responsible officer.
In 2003 worked in Ar-Marketrecom Ltd. as superviser.
In 2006worked in Anelik Bank CJSC as deputy head of division, head of division, Advisor of the Chairman of the Board.
Since 2008 has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Anelik Bank CJSC.
