Principles and main directions of the Bank's activityPrinciples of the Bank's activity The Bank implements its activity pursuant to the Civil Code of the RA, statutory acts of the Central Bank of the RA, laws regulating the activity of the banking system of the RA and other laws, which guarantee the stability of banking system. In the environment of stability of the banking system the Bank deals with its clients on the basis of contracts and remains loyal to the principles that by creating trustworthy environment, implementing transparent banking services and conditions for customers applying to the Bank and being serviced, the Bank may expect inflow of effective customers, and everything is done to normalize the customer’s activity and to improve the financial situation of the customer as good and financially well-to-do customers make the Bank powerful. During the introduction with financial instruments and transactions the financial documents of clients are matched with existing laws since the Bank responds to the changes in existing laws more swiftly. The relationship between management and employees carries the following principle: as the lower level employees are the first who deals with customers while performing any transactions, they are also the first to recognize customers’ suggestions, complaints and questions, and consequently any suggestion brought by them is accepted and observed by the management. The relationship between participants and executive board is based on Bank’s charter regulations and in the process of decision making over strategic issues the decision of the General meeting of the participant is primary. The responsibility for solving current issues is put on the Board of the Bank. In importing and implementing banking technologies of new international standards, the Bank pursues the following policy principle: any banking instrument corresponding to international standard increases the bank’s profit and raises the image of the bank, and the Bank will do its best to implement such instruments. The striking example are works carried out towards activation in the fields of plastic card service, letter of credits and other.
Main directions of the Bank's activity The bank performs its activity through wide range of banking operations and services. The major part of the provided services consists of money transfers of physical persons, term deposits both from legal entities and physical persons, project loans disbursed to production, trade, agriculture and service sectors, pawn loans, loans for on credit procurement of cars and household goods, transactions in the inter-bank market, currency transactions, transactions through documentary credits and plastic cards. This year the following fields continued to be successfully serviced: · Disbursement of loans to customers for on credit procurement of cars and goods.
Existence of the Bank’s correspondent accounts in the world’s leading banks creates a wide network, which enables the Bank to make transfers all over the world, and this geography is expanding.
