Mission of Anelik Bank

The mission of “Anelik Bank”CJSC is to be a reliable and stable partner for small and medium sized enterprises, to ensure swift, quality and affordable money transfers of physical persons in Armenia and abroad.

Due to the transactions, corresponding to international standards, and service network expansion procedures and favorable conditions for customers, the Bank pursues balanced and stable development policy.

“Anelik Bank” is one of the first banks of the Republic of Armenia, which implements long-term lending programs in different sectors of economy, including production, agricultural, commercial and service sectors, using long-term means of international financing organizations with low percentage as well as the means of internal financial market.

It confirms its place in market of transfer service by increase of service list, quality of clients’ service, investments of new banking technologies.


Objectives of Anelik Bank 

While implementing important strategic issues of its activity the bank emphasizes the following goals:

1. Increase of the volume of capitalization, during which the capital will permanently raise.
2. Ensuring sufficient profitability in conditions of continuously decreasing interest rates in market.
3. Management and reduction of banking risks.
4. Position strengthening and effective activity implementation in new service markets.
5. Maintenance, straightening and development of achieved success in the area of lending processes as well as increase of specific weight of mortgage lending.
6. Maximal ensuring of customer service conditions both in terms of structure, volume and correspondence with international standards.
7. Increase of the Bank’s image by increasing professional qualification of service personnel, corresponding equipment, level and conditions of customers’ service, availability of the provided services and the list of services.
8. Extending the list of newly implemented banking services also by developing the implementation of new international card services.
9. Conduction of proper personnel policy, at the same time increasing the level of professional qualification of the personnel.
